We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions from guests of our hotel. Hopefully you will find this information useful. If you have a question that is not on the list, please feel free to contact the hotel, it would be our pleasure to assist you.

1. Q: Is there easily accessible public transit to the downtown core?

A: Yes, there is a bus stop in front of hotel running every 15 minutes that will take you downtown. The trip downtown takes approximately 45 minutes. Click here for more information on transit schedules, routes & fares.

2. Q: Does your hotel have wireless internet access available?

A: Yes, the entire hotel is a wireless hotspot and there is no charge for guests to access this service.

3. Q: Is there a charge for parking at the hotel?

A: We are pleased to provide registered guests of our hotel parking at no additional charge.

4. Q: Do you allow pets at your hotel?

A: Pets are not accepted at the hotel. However, we can recommend an appropriate comfortable “home away from home” for your pet at a local kennel service.

5. Q: I forgot my overnight bag, do you supply personal amenities?

A: Yes, we can supply you with everything you need for the evening, and amenities to get you started tomorrow. This includes toothbrush & toothpaste, shampoo & conditioner, deodorant, shaving cream & razor, mouthwash, shower cap, and feminine hygiene products.

6. Q: Is there room service available at the hotel and what are the hours of operation?

A: We are pleased to offer Room Service to our guests. Room Service is available from Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 11pm daily, Saturday from 7:00am to 11:00pm, and Sunday from 7:00am to 10:00pm. Click here to view the room service menu.

7. Q: Do you have a pool/fitness centre, and what are the hours of operation?

A: Yes, our pool and fitness center is available Monday thru Thursday from 5:30am to 11pm, while offering in house posted modified pool hours, and adult swim times on Friday - Sunday to accommodate the increased bath load and ensure an enjoyable relaxation experience for all of our valued guests. 8. Q: I am attending a meeting in your hotel today, where are your banquet rooms located?

A: Our Kanata and Algonquin ballrooms are located on the second floor of the hotel, the grand staircase or elevators will take you to the second level. Please click here to view a floor plan of our meeting facilities.
