• My husband and I recently stayed at your establishment and we would sincerely like to thank you all for the unbelievable service in which we received during our stay. My husband and I frequently stay in hotels, but this was a first time stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites Kanata. After meeting the Holiday Inn staff and truly being touched by their "family attitude", unbelievable attention to detail and kindness, we will not only recommend this hotel, but plan many future stays. • My organization hosted a gathering of senior staff from across the country at your hotel. I wanted to take a moment and extend my appreciation for a wonderful week. In particular we are grateful to the food and beverage team who were extremely knowledgeable and attentive, providing us with everything we needed and always in a very friendly manner. Our agenda was strictly controlled and as such everything from coffee service to lunch in Graffiti’s needed to be timed and delivered in an efficient fashion.
